I. To fully utilize the school’s facilities, the General Affairs Office has planned 29 parking spaces behind the Innovation Building. Two spaces are designated for official vehicles, one for ambulances (specifically for transporting students to emergency medical facilities), and the remaining 26 spaces are available for parking by school staff on a paid basis.

II. Eligibility and order of parking space applicants:

(I) Eligibility: School staff holding a Republic of China driver’s license and their own, their spouse’s, or a direct blood relative’s driver’s license.

(II) Order: First priority: Staff with physical disabilities.

Second priority: School directors, group leaders, and department heads.

Third priority: Faculty advisors.

Fourth priority: Full-time teachers and staff.

(III) For positions with the same rank, priority will be determined by lottery, with vacancies filled in order. III. Use and Allocation of Parking Spaces:

(a) The start and end date is the first day of the semester (from the start of the semester to the day before the next semester begins).

(b) The application and lottery dates will be announced by the General Affairs Office in August and January each year.

IV. Parking Space Cleaning Fee:

(a) Fees are collected on a semester basis, at NT$2,500 per parking space per semester.

(b) Those who have been granted a parking space must pay the fee to the General Affairs Office one week before the start date of parking space use and collect their parking permit.

V. Management Matters:

(a) The application process is as follows:

1. General Affairs Office announcement → 2. Applicant submits application → 3. Qualification review →

4. Allocation of first and second priority parking spaces → 5. Lottery for remaining parking spaces →

6. Announcement of the winning list and parking spaces → 7. Payment completed → 8. Issuance of parking permit.

(II) First-time applicants should fill in their basic personal information (including vehicle license plate number) and attach copies of their driver’s license, vehicle registration, and other relevant documents.

(III) Staff members with assigned parking spaces are prohibited from privately subletting their spaces to others and must comply with the school’s parking regulations.

Violation of the foregoing will result in the cancellation of their parking rights and no refund.

(IV) If a parking space cannot be used for any reason during the usage period, please notify the General Affairs Office. The General Affairs Office will process refunds proportionally and arrange for replacements in order of priority.

(V) Designated parking spaces are required; random parking is prohibited. Staff members with parking spaces must display their school-issued parking permit (please have the Department of Design assist in designing and producing it) on one corner of their front windshield for verification at school gates.

(VI) To facilitate staff card swiping at work, staff members without parking spaces may temporarily park at the volleyball court (parking is prohibited around the bulletin board to the right of the Qinlao Building and the area around the small flower beds), but must leave the campus before 8:20 AM on the same day. (VII) Vehicles temporarily parked on Jingwen Avenue must leave the campus before 9:20 AM on the same day. Vehicles not leaving by this time will be charged a cleaning fee (excluding visitors), NT$100 per instance.

(VIII) Part-time teachers must register with the General Affairs Office each semester and submit a copy of their teaching schedule. After verification, a temporary parking permit will be issued. With the permit, vehicles can park free of charge on both sides of Jingwen Avenue until all spaces are filled.

(IX) Those using “Ambulance Parking Spaces” are obligated to display school recruitment stickers.

VI. The General Affairs Office is responsible for on-campus vehicle control and the planning, allocation, and charging of parking spaces.

VII. These guidelines have been discussed and approved by the Administrative Meeting, and will be announced and implemented after approval by Principal Chen. Amendments will follow the same procedure.
